Hold the Vision - You are Officially Tagged!

If you are reading this article then you are officially invited to partake in my new meme created to bring a new vision to our world!

This is not your average ordinary tag however... let me explain!

To heal our world we need a new vision of what is possible.

We are clearly aware of the sorrows of our current world; we discuss them with each other, watch them on the news, are inundated with them at every turn. We know our world is filled with war, sorrow, and heartache. We are harming our earth, destroying life, objectifying and degrading women, sexualizing society, honoring and celebrating unhealthiness, poisoning our planet, and allowing children to die of starvation.

And, we do not seem to have a clear way out. We seem to be stuck in what is wrong without tapping into, or eliciting the creativity necessary to overcome our current challenges, and design a new world.

So, here is my idea, or rather my wish and hope....

We need a new vision. As a world family, we need to hold in our hearts the possibility of what could be our perfect world. We need to imagine a world healed from its illnesses. We need to allow the images of peace and goodness to enter our consciousness, our minds, and our souls. We need to believe a world of compassion and care is a real possibility.

And, with that, here is my tag for each and every reader...

I invite you to blog about your vision of what is possible. If it feels comfortable for you, create a post describing how you would envision the world if it could be healed in its most perfect state. Take a minute to create an imagine in your mind, and share with your readers, what a healthy world would look like. And then tag all your readers with a similar tag!

If that is uncomfortable for you, or not in keeping with your blog theme or purpose, have a discussion with someone sharing your vision of what is possible. Allow yourself to believe there is the possibility of healing. Feel in your very spirit what a world filled with goodness would be like.

If that is uncomfortable maybe draw a picture, make a collage, or write a paragraph while you have a free minute or two describing your vision of what is possible. Even doodling some hearts around a planet, or drawing flowers around a sun, or whatever ideas come to you as you think about a beautiful world, will bring an image of peace into your mind, if even for a few minutes.

If that is too much, take one minute and think in your mind of an image of what is possible. Allow yourself to dream of the perfect world. Just explore what our world could be like if it was filled with goodness and kindness.

If that is too much, right now, smile and think of a sentence that brings a vision of hope and healing.
For example, "I hold the vision of peace." Or, "I hold a vision of goodness flooding the earth." Or, I hold a vision of love and care for all humankind."

The more clear the vision in our human hearts, the more powerful the healing energy. The more people who are able to imagine a world of peace and compassion, the more quickly we can move to this reality.

If our vision is strong and clear, we will create the world of our dreams!

Whatever you can do, and however you can do it, I invite your participation.

In the depths of my heart, I believe that healing will come as we hold a vision of what is possible and I thank you all for participating in whatever way you can!

Blessings and love to all,

Jennifer

There need to be multiple, diverse portals of positive change. And why not one of them here?

Hello Jennifer, Let begin by saying that I believe in destiny. And, just this evening in my latest post I revealed and admitted that I have been traveling down a road filled with anger. And, then I saw your face. I do so hope that you came after I made the post concerning my new direction. If not please re-visit. Once again I have been blessed by God to have yet another peacemaker enter my world. And, I think your idea is wonderful and I would love to partake it. If you read my last post you will see that I stated that I had no clue in which way my next few post would be going. But, that I would depend on God. And...there you were and here I am with a plan for my next post.

Jennifer said...

I Princess...

You are so right.. multiple portals of positive change. I like the way you phrase this.

My deeply held belief is that if we all bring forth the vision in our hearts we can have some amazing beauty and healing emerge!

But, first we must create and hold that vision. It is not always easy to do!

Lots of love,

Jen

Hi dearest Moondanzer...

I'm so very happy to have found you in this big universe! And, I too am continually amazed at how people can come together just at the right time... just when we need each other.

In fact, it is one of those truths that I will never get over.

Thank you so very much for your kindness... I am so happy to have you participate in my little vision!

Blessings and hugs sweetie,

Jen

Hi Jennifer,
I like this idea. Currently every morning for a half hour I have added on to my morning meditation at my shrine to pray for peace in the world. There is so much suffering in the news and world right now but I agree that this just creates a greater imperative to hold fast to an alternative vision of goodness.

Sweet Jen,

This is a beautiful tag. I do consider myself tagged and I'll try not to disappoint you. It will take me some time, though. A week or two, because I am busy with PAPA (Parents Against Predators Act) website. I'll keep you posted though.

All my love,

Mig

Wonderful, special Jennifer,
Thanks for stirring this pot. I have long needed an excuse to go to the work of boiling down my thoughts on this subject.
I have posted a response that has at least been educational to its author.

(I have changed the name that appears here from the John you have seen before to John A., in peaceful deference to the John commenting before me, above.)

Oh, Jen...

I hope to achieve something and I know I already did: raised awareness here, in this small German town... but there's a lot more we could do to "change the world."

I hope to have the power to express my feelings in English...

Hi Jen,

Not only because I have been suffering scatter-brained inability to come up with topics all week long but because it is a fantastic and moving idea.

My post is now up at my blog and I can't thank you enough for thinking of me.

I have long been trying to find a way to highlight my own hopes for the future of our planet without sounding like a total nut-job crack-pot.

You're a real sweetie.

You definitely have my support with this; it is one of my goals as well, and with your permission, I will post this (or a variation of it) on my blog...

I agree that the world can benefit from more of our species focusing, not on the negative aspects of the world (strewn across the news), but on the positive changes taking place all around us, all across the world. Fortunately, more and more people are joining the cause, believing that change for the positive can be made, adding their energies to manifest Utopia. It will happen.

Peace & Healing to all of us...

Namaste.
